Home Owner vs HOA Responsibilities

What areas the HOA maintain and what is the responsibility of the home owner is not always clear. The following is a table to help clarify what are the responsibilities of the home owner - and when you should defer to the HOA. Any repair requests that are the HOA's responsibility should go the property manager. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask any board member and we'll get your question answered.

The following responsibilities apply only to 4100 Five Oaks condominiums. The responsibilities for Five Oaks Lakeside, Farrington Townhomes, and Hickory Downs are goverened by their respective HOA boards.
